After tons of Googling and calling disconnected 1-800 numbers, I finally found a phone number that got me in touch with a real person at NameSecure. Obviously this post is for a narrow audience but if it saves someone time, then it has served its purpose.
The number to get a hold of a real person at NameSecure is (312) 453-0769

Hello everyone! Yes, NameSecure’s customer service is TERRIBLE. I just had the wonderful opportunity of trying to reach a real person after waiting almost two weeks for them to fix a simple problem. I waited on hold for the 312 and 888 numbers listed above for over twenty minutes. Then I tried Frank’s number 570-708-8626 and got someone almost immediately. Yes, their customer service person could only tell me that they were working on the problem and nothing more, but I did ask about the 312 and 888 numbers. She said THEY NO LONGER WORK! I asked her why those numbers still placed people on hold. She of course did not have an answer for that. She also mentioned that if I had gotten a more expensive hosting package I would have gotten access to the 570 number on their website. What? So, DO NOT USE NAMESECURE. But if you do, use the 570 number or get stuck on hold listening to Enya and Spanish guitar indefinitely.
Tried the 312-453-0769 number it seems they have caught on they leave you on hold and never answer, but ill keep trying to find another thanks Sarah
